SHEREE DARIEN is one the world’s best kept secrets! Like a champion, this philanthropic multi-faceted lover of life has surmounted every feat she’s encountered. From teen wife and mom to business graduate, corporate bank executive, certified purpose development coach, business owner and international best-selling author, Sheree’s courage and determination has inspired millions to discover and embrace the infinite possibilities which often comes disguised as their second chance.
After three years, this former corporate bank executive has joined SBAC, an area Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) to serve her ideal audience. Sheree Darien is now the Community Development Loan Officer at SBAC. In this role, Sheree is strategically positioned to be the leading business lender in Southeast GA and South Carolina Lowcountry.
Sheree passionately serves on numerous nonprofit and educational boards within her community. Since 2009, Sheree was appointed as Area Commissioner of the governing board at the Technical College of the Lowcountry by the late Reverend Senator Clementa Pinckney and former Governor Mark Sanford. She was reappointed in 2012 by Senator Pinckney and now former Governor Nikki Haley. Sheree presently serves the governing board as Secretary and Treasurer.
