Debra Olshan Cooper has been an entrepreneur and CEO of several companies in the past 30 years including Real Life Communications, one of New York premiere luxury, fashion and beauty public relations and marketing firm. When she moved to South Florida she opened FreshConnect Public Relations and Marketing where she steered several clients into well known brands. In addition, while a short stint in New Jersey she began DayCationToday, a full service staycation concept allowing mothers to take a day for themselves by providing services, treatments, educational consulting to give moms a “me day.”
Debra started YourCareerDesignLab to bring the same sensibility of 30 years of writing and producing clients stories to bring them to their rightful place in the spotlight,
whether on television, newspaper or magazines. Debra has experience designing and producing other peoples stories to garner the attention they deserve. Her passion is
young adults and has been exceptionally successful in identifying and creating young graduates story in a way that sends their resume to the top. Your graduate works one
one one with Ms. Cooper to guide them step by step towards the career land fields and into their perfect career.
Most recently, Ms. Cooper placed a recent Syracuse graduate four days out of college and landed her a manager position with the Futuristics, one of the most coveted producer and songwriter companies based in Los Angeles working with such artists as Bruno Mars, Camila Cabraro, Kahlid and others with over 20 hit songs on the radio today. Another client and recent Emory graduate landed her dream career as a rising agent at UTA ( United Talent Agency ) in New York City. One of the largest talent and entertainment industires in the world to name a few of Cooper’s successes.
Ms. Cooper is married and has an 18 year old daughter attending Binghamton University in the Fall in the FRIP (Freshman Research Immmersion Program in Neuropychology. )
