Glenda R. Snodgrass has been lead consultant and project manager at The Net Effect since the company’s inception in 1996. She is primarily engaged in network security assessments & training, software implementations and technology project management.
Glenda is experienced in managing database applications (litigation support, POS, accounting, ecommerce, CRM/ERP) in the US and in France, and has developed browser-based applications in PHP and mySQL. Her extensive hands-on software background gives her unique insight into the user’s perspective and the challenges of securing data while preserving functionality.
A popular speaker on the Gulf Coast, Glenda enjoys giving presentations on information security to civic and professional organizations.
She holds a B.A. from the University of South Alabama (1986) and a maîtrise from Université de Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris, France (1989).

Dallas H. Snider / Assistant Professor of Computer Science
Dr. Dallas Snider is an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Department at the University of West Florida. He received his Ph.D. in Integrated Computing and M.S. in Instrumental Sciences from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He received a B.A. in Physics from Hendrix College. Before joining UWF, he worked as a data warehouse developer for Northrop Grumman Information Systems and prior to that as a database application developer for Acxiom and Euronet. Dr. Snider’s teaching and research interests include data mining, cybersecurity, information visualization, and software development.
Jeff Mitchell / Director of IT
Jeff is the Director of IT and Microsoft MVP for Microsoft Cloud. He has held positions of CTO, Director, Network Admins, Server Admin, Virtualization Admin. All around IT Pro with heavy involvement in ITProCamp a national conference offering free IT training and testing. Has been a speaker at Microsoft Training events, SQL Saturday, ITProCamps, .Net user groups, PMI Symposium, ITGulfCoast lunch’n learns, and ITenwired.
