Representative Frank White (Skyped In)
Frank White was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in November 2016 to represent District 2 (Pensacola and Gulf Breeze). Frank is also the CFO/General Counsel for the Sansing Dealer Group, a group of auto dealerships with stores in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi.
Before moving to Florida in 2010, Frank was an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. At Akin Gump, his practice included all aspects of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on private investment funds.
Frank received undergraduate degrees with honors in history and business from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in 2001. He also received his MBA and J.D. from SMU in 2001, where Frank was a president’s scholar, student body president, and the student representative to the Board of Trustees. Before law school, Frank worked for Congressman Mac Thornberry in his Washington D.C. office.
Frank is a member of the State Bars of Florida and Texas. He is active in the community as a mentor with Take Stock in Children and a 2011 graduate of Leadership Pensacola. He’s served on the boards of Baptist Hospital, the Pensacola M.E.S.S. Hall children’s science museum, and the Panhandle Tiger Bay Club. He was also appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the boards of Pensacola State College and the Florida Development Finance Corporation, which is the state’s conduit bond issuer, where he served as Chair. He is currently a member of SmartBank’s Pensacola Advisory Board and a Deacon at First Baptist Church of Pensacola.
Originally from Amarillo, Texas, Frank and his wife, Stephanie, reside in Pensacola with their twin boys, Henry and Clayton, and youngest son Wesley.
Frank White was raised with conservative values in the Texas Panhandle – a place of no pretension, where neighbors help neighbors, and where work ethic, thrift, and enterprise were rewarded. His mother was a high school English teacher and his dad was a chemical engineer.
Because of the conservative values of hard work, faith, and family, Frank excelled in his academic studies at Southern Methodist University, where he was a president’s scholar, student body president, and the student representative to the Board of Trustees.
COMMUNITY LEADER
FAITHFUL FAMILY MAN
Frank met his wife Stephanie, a Pensacola native, at SMU. Together, they raised their three boys with the same conservative values Frank’s parents instilled in him: the values of hard work, integrity, faith, and family. He serves as a Deacon in the First Baptist Church of Pensacola and also teaches Sunday School with his wife, Stephanie.
CONSERVATIVE TO THE CORE
Frank has been volunteering for Republicans since middle school. A former Executive Director of the Dallas GOP and a lifetime member of the NRA, Frank is ready to take the conservative fight to Tallahassee. Free-market and limited-government policies will unleash private sector growth, put more power back into the hands of the people, and strengthen Florida’s middle class. That’s Frank’s fight, and he is determined to get results.
