Pam Knecht is President and CEO of ACCORD LIMITED, a national consulting firm based in Chicago and is an expert in not-for-profit healthcare governance. For over 22 years she has worked with hospitals, health systems, clinics, and health plans of all types and sizes.
Pam has long been recognized as a thought-leader in the field of governance. In 2007, she was named a Governance Advisor by The Governance Institute. She served as faculty for the former Center for Healthcare Governance of the American Hospital Association. Currently, she is a faculty member for The Governance Institute, iProtean, and multiple state hospital associations.
Pam regularly assists boards and CEOs with strategic planning; corporate and governance restructuring; system affiliation and integration; change management facilitation; and governance assessment, development and coaching. She also shares her extensive experience in governance frequently as a speaker and author.
