As Vice President of Global Operations, Patrick Lynch is responsible for building an international network of consultants to help Career minds with the demands of its growing list of global accounts.
Patrick is also the 2021 President of SHRM-Atlanta and the Chairman of the Board for Special Pops Tennis: a non-profit that offers an adaptive tennis program specifically designed to share the sport with children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Guillermo Corea is the managing director of ParagonLabs, SHRM’s (Society for Human Resource Management) workplace innovation lab and venture capital arm. With more than 20 years of experience in digital technology, he leads ParagonLabs’ efforts in the development of new technologies that create better workplaces.
Prior to this, Corea served as Director, Digital Media and Business Development, overseeing SHRM’s e-commerce operations. Corea has held positions at Scripps Networks and at telecom networking company Spirent Communication plc. among others.
