Owner, Deidra Champagne was trained in Japan in the ancient traditions of Ikebana floral design. Her work reflects unique craftsmanship blending Occidental and European traditions revealing a passionate expression through flowers.
Upon returning to the United States, Deidra sharpened her skills and industry knowledge with some of the finest florists in Atlanta. She brought this broad and diverse experience together to create Flowering Events, where she is dedicated to unmatched personal service, quality floral product and unique design elements for all her clients. Deidra has an ongoing relationship with Atlanta’s upscale event venues and her work can be seen in the best of the city’s hospitality and corporate properties. Deidra believes “a floral artist is never a master but always a student” and thus welcomes each new floral challenge.
