After earning his Ph.D. from Ohio University, he taught Speech Communication at the University of Georgia, and then moved into management for two decades. In 1997, he launched his career as a professional speaker, coach, and consultant.
He works with current and future C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO) in business, healthcare, higher education, and non-profits to help them master leadership communication skills.
