Trace Blackmore, Blackmore Enterprises and the “Scaling Up!” Podcast (North Fulton Business Radio, Episode 295)
Trace Blackmore joins host John Ray to discuss his journey in the water treatment industry, how teaching is vital aspect of how he conducts his business, and how he gives back to his industry through his podcast, “Scaling Up!” “North Fulton Business Radio” is produced virtually from the North Fulton studio of Business RadioX® in Alpharetta.
Trace Blackmore, CEO, Blackmore Enterprises
Trace Blackmore learned water treatment from his Dad, who taught him two important things about the techniques and ethics of the business:
• Most customers don’t really know what they do, even though it’s to their advantage to know how and why they do things. So it’s up to them to teach their customers, not just service an account.
• Each customer should have the knowledge to hold Blackmore Enterprises accountable for what they do. By being held accountable, a business becomes more reliable.
Trace puts these values to work every day as the CEO and founder of Blackmore Enterprises, an industry leader providing outstanding water treatment consultation and services to industrial and commercial customers in Metro Atlanta.
He also hosts “Scaling Up!,” a podcast for water treatment experts and novices alike. It’s the podcast for water treaters, by water treaters, that is quickly becoming the go-to resource in the industry. The goal of each “Scaling Up!” segment is simple: Encourage water treaters to treat the industry with the respect it deserves.
Through Blackmore Enterprises and “Scaling Up!,” Trace is motivating water treaters to push themselves to always be learning
