Ribbon Cutting at New Chick-fil-A Restaurant in Jefferson

Tom Sheldon of Business RadioX, and franchise owners Christi Ferguson and Kevin Ferguson, are joined by the Chick-fil-A Cow outside the new restaurant.

Chick-fil-A fans, the wait is over! The popular fast food chicken sandwich restaurant is now open in Jefferson at 156 Old Farm Road, located in front of the new Publix supermarket off GA Highway 129.

To help celebrate the area’s newest family-owned restaurant, the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, one day before the restaurant’s Grand Opening.

Northeast Georgia Business RadioX had the pleasure to speak with the franchise restaurant owners Christi and Kevin Ferguson immediately following the Ribbon Cutting.

Tom Sheldon is a lifelong Georgian and longtime businessman in the Northeast Georgia area.

With a strong history in the business networking world; Tom has served as Chairman, President and Vice-President in multiple networking organizations. His fundamentals are simple: build relationships through networking and provide support when needed. After all, “we do business with people we know and like.” This has given him the ability in the past to build a successful small business in an ultra- competitive environment.

Tom has worked with other BRX studios since 2018 as a host and guest host; he is now the proud CEO and Executive Producer of the Northeast Georgia Business RadioX Studio. The podcasting world nicely compliments his Voice Over career he began in 2019.
