East Valley Leader Lab is a unique local resource focused on helping leaders see the power of personal commitment and the role embodied practices play in cultivating 
commitment to support a future that will surely need more true leaders – in other words people who others choose to follow.
The Leader Lab offers seminars, courses and a membership option where leaders meet regularly with the same cohort of peers to improve their resilience under pressure, and examine and break unwanted patterns of perception and behavior in order to build their embodied leader capacity.
Timm Esque spent 15 years at Intel Corporation before going on to consult to Fortune 500 companies and startups for the last 20 years.
He is the author of 3 books and numerous articles in the fields of management and performance improvement.
He is certified to coach through the Institute for Generative Leadership.
Amanda Stradling is a professional Tai chi instructor who has been teaching for 18 years. She teaches in many settings, such as retirement communities, after school programs, gyms, churches, weight loss groups, dance studios, and many private lessons.
Her passion is health. In her years of teaching she has found that improving someone’s physical health elevates every part of that person’s life. She loves to help her students achieve that type of personal growth.
Now she works with the East Valley Leader Lab to help bring health and harmony to people’s work life.
