Diane Weinberg specializes in assisting families with the medical, financial and housing-related legal challenges that often accompany aging and disability. Currently, Diane serves as Of Counsel with the law firm Morgan & DiSalvo, P.C. She earned a B.A. at the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law. After graduating law school, Diane served as an employee benefits associate for Kilpatrick Stockton LLC before becoming a senior litigation associate for Casey Gilson Leibel P.C. A member of the State Bar of Georgia, Diane served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Bar Journal from 1999-2001, and as editor of ElderCare Matters from 2005-2006. She is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planner, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, ElderCounsel and the Atlanta Bar Association. Outside of her law practice, Diane lives in Sandy Springs with her husband Mike, their three sons, and a lab-pittie mix dog. In any remaining free time, Diane enjoys knitting and is a past treasurer of the Atlanta Knitting Guild. She also enjoys walking and has walked two half-marathons for Team in Training for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
