Carolyn Pistone is an accomplished Senior Executive, C-Suite Officer, Consultant, Entrepreneur, Thought Leader, and Board Member with over 25 years of success across commercial real estate, film entertainment, and digital imaging. Leveraging extensive experience in operations management and sustainability, she is a valuable resource for >$5M green technology and other companies looking for gender equity, sustainability, community or social responsibility. Her broad areas of expertise include leadership; business strategy; executive coaching; organizational development; change management; operations management; investors and investments; location intelligence; and land acquisition. In her executive career, Carolyn has held leadership positions at Clear Blue Commercial (Founder, >3 years); Green Key Commercial; CBRE; Pistone Consulting Associates (Founder, >12 years); and Tippett Studio. She has founded a commercial real estate company with strong foundations in the principles of sustainable economies and community-building. As a thought leader in commercial real estate, she has been responsible in her negotiations and transactions for saving >3M gallons of water in her service area. She has delivered a $5M profit on a commercial building sale after <5 years ownership. To be truly sustainable, she will consistently focus on her clients’ bottom line as well as her own. Carolyn earned a B.A. from San Francisco State University; and an M.F.A. in Directing for Theatre, Film, and Television from California Institute of the Arts.
