I sat down with Don O’Neill, Executive Managing Director for CopernicusMD to walk through typical comments and questions revenue cycle leaders, practice administrators, and hospital executives when they are introduced to the CopernicusMD platform.  The company, leveraging work they did disrupting the automotive industry’s credit process 5 years ago, is now bringing an intuitive, effective, patient-centric solution to addressing patient out-of-pocket expense.  At the same time the company helping to bring cost of EDI clearinghouse services more in line with equitable cost of providing that service.
