Megan Everett is Director of Marketing for Mister Car Wash and began her career with the company in 2014. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of the marketing team and is responsible for the customer brand experience team, customer insights, and community relations.
She began her career with Mister Car Wash as the Social Media Manager and was later promoted to Brand Manager.
Before joining Mister Car Wash, Megan worked in a variety of roles in retail. Prior to MCW she was a member of the purchasing team at Meijer, a Brand Management Intern at Henkel, and an Assistant store manager at Maurice’s.
Megan graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona.

Pamela Crim has extensive experience in non-profit work and has also owned her own businesses which has given her a unique edge in preparation for her position of CEO of BBB Serving Southern Arizona. Her most well-known business is the regional internet service provider Dakotacom.net, which she owned and operated for over eight years. During her time there, she orchestrated the acquisition of the DSL segment of a large local internet service provider, AZStarnet. She also secured long-term contracts with big names such as University of Arizona, Canyon Ranch, Krebs Engineers, and Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum. Before selling Dakotacom.net she earned two Copper Cactus Awards for Best Place to Work and the Business Growth Award.
Before joining BBB, Crim was the Director of Sales for Southern Arizona at Cox Business Arizona, in this role she developed and maintained strategic relationships with community outreach partners, set strategy of capital investment for Cox Business network’s downtown expansion, and led the sales team in the Southern Arizona marketplace.
Crim has lived all over the country while working for Baxter Healthcare for 15 plus years but has been in Tucson for 25 years. She loves the Southern Arizona community and has served on several different non-profit boards. Currently she serves as Chair of La Frontera Behavior Health and as Chair of “Woman at the Top” one of the largest Tucson’s Women’s Business Groups. Throughout the years Crim has also served on the boards of Make A Wish AZ, Junior Achievement, Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and served as a Small Business Commissioner for the city of Tucson.
During the last three years at BBB, her leadership has grown the BBB’s Accredited Business base and focused extensive efforts for outreach to our rural and border communities. Additionally, the BBB now plays an active role educating and safe guarding our military population from being victims of fraud and scams. The recent re-launch of BBB’s Charity Review to the So AZ non-profit community on March 1, 2018, has been well embraced by our community and a critical resource for wise giving!

Sarah McCraren is CEO and President of McCraren Compliance and is a Tucson native with a strong sense of community. Jeremy Neis is an Investment Advisor with Retirement Evolutions and a small business operator fueled by the desire to enrich the life experience. He grew up in the Chicago area and chased the sun to get a degree at the University of Arizona in human and organizational communications. After doing so, he returned to Illinois where over the next 15 years he would find joy in co-launching and growing a technology solutions company and establishing a family.
