Jami Amidon is an intuitive, innovative, creative real estate professional who’s known for bringing joy and peace of mind to the sometimes stressful business of home buying and selling.
While Jami’s real estate career formally started in 2001 when she served on the lending side of transactions, she now serves the residential real estate community in the Raleigh, NC, area.
Looking back, it’s easy to see the passion for the idea of home — how to find it, create it, and enjoy it — showing up throughout Jami’s life.
Her first business, which she started in Texas when she was only 18, was a bridal registry gift shop. That led her to start a catering business with clients straight out of the Who’s Who of that oil town community, including Sen Phil Graham, T Boone Pickens, and Gov Bill Clements.
Later, Jami established a home accessory boutique in Tucson, bringing a fresh approach to the southwest market. Featured in local and national publications, Jami’s shop served clients across the country and ranks high on her list of favorite things she’s ever done!
Working as a real estate advisor to both buyers and sellers represents a natural evolution for Jami, and her business acumen and savvy are part of what has her so competent and sought-after when it comes to real estate transactions. Jami’s high-touch, concierge approach not only ensures people get matched up with spaces and environments that bring joy to their daily lives, but also that they actually enjoy the experience along the way.

In the prior 17 years, I was a Realtor, an Associate Broker, Branch Manager, and Designated Broker. My beloved husband Scott and I have been married for over 37 years, we have an awesome daughter Allison who is engaged to her Gonzaga University sweetheart, Enrique. I love to read, travel, hike, golf, camp, entrepreneurial ideas, inventions, animals and children. My key to success is to focus on excellence, not perfection and being growth-minded.
