Tim grew up in a bi-racial household in Alaska, where his parents stressed the importance of education. Thus motivated, he was the first in his family to attend college, earning a B.A. cum laude from UCLA and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Arizona. Through dedication and hard work, Tim started and expanded his law firm while striking a fine balance between work and family. Clint Parry has a passion for business growth and personal development. In his current role as a Business Development Manager for Focus HR, he helps small business owners accelerate their growth through HR outsourcing.
Clint began his career at Xerox Corporation in Tucson, where he helped grow Xerox’s document outsourcing services business by adding over $4 million in annual recurring revenue. He left Xerox to launch his own business coaching firm, Action COACH, where he coached over 300 business owners in Southern Arizona.
Most recently, Clint led client development for Lapin International, a strategy consulting and leadership development firm focused on building purpose-driven, character-centric companies and leaders, working with executives of Fortune 500 and privately-held companies.
Clint is a past columnist for Inside Tucson Business and the Arizona Daily Star. He was recognized as one of Tucson’s 40 under 40 and holds a Bachelors degree in Business from BYU and an MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Business.
He enjoys teaching the principles of economics and free enterprise through his volunteer efforts at Junior Achievement. A sports fan, Clint also enjoys hiking, basketball, and golf. He and his wife Kristi are the proud parents of four children.

I am a Consulting Hypnotist who has been doing both massage and hypnosis with Soulshine of Tucson since 2014. Originally from New York City, I came out to Tucson to learn massage at the Desert Institute of Healing Arts and fell in love with Tucson and it’s mountains. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2004 specializing in Therapeutic Massage which can include Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai and Reiki techniques. As Chairman of the NGH Southern Arizona Chapter, I hope to educate people in the many uses of hypnosis and elevate its perception with the general public. Starting classes to teach hypnosis also helps in ensuring that the quality of local hypnotists is up to NGH standards.
