About Cynthia (Cindy) Beving
Born in Iowa and not liking the cold I moved South as quickly as I could landing in Tucson in 2017. I decided to take my 30 successful years of experience in accounting and started my own company, Beving Books LLC, in 2016. My focus is on the health of your company’s finances and I offer consulting, virtual Comptroller, and accounting services to help you reach that goal.
While in the corporate world, I rose through the ranks quickly because I have a passion and talent for numbers and am driven to see my clients succeed. Outside of Beving Books LLC, I have a commercial property that I lease as Co-Working/Collaborative office space.

I was hired as a flight attendant for TWA even though I didn’t know they hired men. While still flying, I attended the University of Missouri and completed my Baccalaureate in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Management Information Systems, and Economics). Then I received my MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
I began consulting back in Tucson for Not-for-Profit companies associated with People with Disabilities. My younger brother Bart has a developmental disability and so it was a natural place to begin. So, a partner and I worked together to start what would become SOREO, the second-largest, long-term care provider for the elderly in the state of Arizona.
My executive suites started with 1632 Executive Suites at 1632 N Country Club Rd. Then into partnership with 6095 Executive Suites at 6095 E Grant Rd.
We lease office and executive suites to entrepreneurs who are looking to take that next step.
