Suzanne McFarlin is a Professional Certified and Board Certified Coach. Her business Step Up Leaders focuses on engaging employees and building a pipeline of next-generation leaders. She personally embraced the motto speak up, step up many years ago and has taught that concept in her leadership development pursuits. She helps people see the best in themselves and stand tall in who they are so that they can step up to contagiously change the world. Her background in the entertainment industry offered her marketing experience and the opportunity to exercise her natural ability for strategy and innovation. She has been an instructor at the Eller College of Management at the U of A, as well as Executive Director of Greater Tucson Leadership. Her client list includes many of our top employers in Tucson. She is a regular speaker on topics of leadership and inspiration and an avid volunteer in our community. She loves Tucson and creating new ways to step up to create an impact in our own backyard.
