Donald Variste, Founder and CEO of DV Productions, entered the world at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. He grew up in the culture-filled streets of Little Haiti. At the age of thirteen, a strong desire to model emerged. Pressing forward, Donald made his dream to model a reality. Announcing his presence and sense of style to the city was not a walk in the park. Fortunately, he was given an opportunity through the Jeff Anderson Modeling Agency doing runway, print work and commercials. While modeling was his endeavor,
Donald was and still is an avid believer in pursuing higher education. Education is imperative not only for himself but also for his parents. Because of this, modeling came to a halt after they realized how much time away from school it required. Although modeling was put on the back burner his tenacious spirit drove him to accomplish more than he could ever imagine.
