Tim Curtin is the founding partner of Curtin Law Firm, P.C., a boutique estate planning and probate administration law firm in Atlanta, GA.
Tim currently serves as Chair of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Section. He is a graduate of The Wake Forest University School of Law and had practiced law in Atlanta for over 25 years. Tim is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and probate topics in the community and has presented to other members of the Bar at continuing legal education seminars.
In addition to his private law practice, Tim serves as a court appointed attorney and guardian ad litem in the Fulton and DeKalb County Probate Courts, where he assists those who are unable to advocate for themselves.
