Allen Venet/SunTrust Bank (now Truist)
Allen Venet is a Senior Vice President at SunTrust Bank (now Truist) and relies on more than 35 years of experience when working with clients. He has handled estates and trusts valued from less than $1 million to more than $200 million – with each including unique personal property. A graduate of Southern Illinois University and the University of Illinois College of Law, he practiced estate planning law and then served as an advisor at the leading trust department in his native Chicago before joining SunTrust, Atlanta in 1995. He is a regular speaker at legal and trust continuing education programs in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and other states. He and his wife live in DeKalb County where they raised their two sons.
Alyssa Quinlan/Hindman Auctions
Alyssa Quinlan is the Chief Business Development Officer at Hindman Auctions, based in their Chicago headquarters. Hindman is recognized internationally as a leading fine art auction house with 12 offices across the country. With an unyielding focus on client service, Hindman operates more salesrooms in the United States than any other firm and conducts over 100 auctions annually in categories such as fine art, modern design, jewelry and timepieces, fine books and manuscripts, couture and luxury accessories, fine furniture, decorative arts and more. Hindman is home to a team of over 150 experienced professionals and specialists dedicated to providing comprehensive auction services.
Quinlan returned to Hindman following nearly two decades of experience in wealth management, and the art and auction industry with nationally renowned firms including JP Morgan’s Private Bank and Citi Smith Barney Asset Management, Leslie Hindman Auctioneers and Gurr Johns. She oversees business development efforts nationally, in tandem with the firm’s ongoing expansion in locations, services and expertise.
Alyssa enjoys staying involved with local and national organizations where she has served as a charity auctioneer for charitable organizations including Special Olympics, University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation, Misericordia, and Children’s Home & Aid to name a few. She has been a member of the Ravinia Associates board since 2008 and a member of the Ravinia Woman’s Board since 2017. She was named one of Michigan Avenue Magazine’s “Women of Influence” and was featured in the “Phenomenal Women Project” benefitting Dress for Success. Alyssa received her BA from DePauw University where she studied English Literature and Economics.
