At The Manely Firm, P.C., they know not just Georgia family law, but the way family law is practiced in specific courts in individual counties all around the state, like the courts in Forsyth, Gwinnett, Fulton or Cobb County. Even within the same court, one family law judge is likely to handle a matter differently than another and they have the experience to know that.

Established in the community with a strong rapport with members of the legal system, they are familiar with the family law judges and their staff and can help their clients predict results based on in-depth knowledge and experience. It can be critical for your lawyer to anticipate your judge’s preferences so that you have every opportunity to achieve positive results.

Check out one of their convenient locations throughout the Atlanta metro area and in Savannah. Rather than having one central location in downtown Atlanta, their law offices are located right next to the local courthouses in Marietta, Lawrenceville, Cumming, Savannah, and now London!

NEW YEAR, NEW YOU!

On this episode, you will hear from:

Partner Managing Attorney, Bill King

Kourtney Bernard-Rance, The Manely Firm Managing Attorney

Jeff Wilson, The Manely Firm’s Chief Financial Officer

Cherish De la Cruz, Managing Estate Planning and Probate Attorney

Emily McClarty, Associate Attorney

Amanda Pearch and Jacke Martin

Celebrating Powerhouse Women is the series that salutes and recognizes women leaders who are making an impact, whether it’s in business, philanthropy, public service, or elsewhere.

Celebrating Powerhouse Women is presented by

Jackie Martin is the CEO of A Matter of Motivation Inc., and the founder of BMore Learning™, a life skills educational nonprofit based in Georgia. She brings together years of experience equipping teams, corporate leaders, and business owners all over the world with the communication, leadership, change resiliency, and business skills needed in the workplace.

Having just raised two twenty-somethings of her own, Jackie was tired of hearing parents and business leaders complain about, “kids these days…” so working alongside the local school district, she and her team developed a workforce-readiness workshop for students and young professionals to prepare them for life in the real-world. In these fast-paced workshops and hands-on settings, her team arms both students and parents with the social, communication, and leadership skills to take the next, best steps in business and in life.
