Molly Darby is the Executive Director of Bert’s Big Adventure with more than 15 years of successful experience in public relations, event planning, donor care, and employee management. Bert’s Big Adventure is a nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families.
Molly currently manages four employees, a board of directors, and more than 100 volunteers. Before joining Bert’s Big Adventure, Molly worked at Habitat for Humanity’s International office in the public relations department, as well as worked at Karen Canavan PR (KCPR) for a few years prior to starting a public relations agency, Polished Public Relations. 
Molly is also the co-founder of the Atlanta Moon Ride and sits on the board for the Atlanta Santa Speedo Run.
