A hobby of Dr Fitness is to debunk the myths about training your abs. For some reason gyms don’t have special bicep or lat classes. But I guarantee that you can walk into any gym in the country and you will find an ab workout class.
There is no nutritional supplement that will magically transform your stomach into Nicole Kidman’s. It doesn’t matter how persuasive the words are on the ad or how flat the stomach of the model on the bottle is this stuff will not work for you.
You cannot spot reduce. Doing thousands of reps of any ab exercise on any magic ad exercise machine will not flatten your stomach. It will flatten your wallet though.
