Ms. Evans obtained her undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations from DeVry Institute of Technology and her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Contracts from Kennesaw State University, and obtained her Construction Business Management Institute (CBMI) Certification Certificate in Atlanta, GA.
