Nic Cooley/North Florida Security Academy
North Florida Security Academy was founded to educate Security Officers at the highest level to provide them with the necessary training and skills to obtain employment and to make a difference. Since 2016, their mission remains the same, however they have now extended their programs to the general public. They believe that self-defense, awareness training, and education should be taught to everyone.
Nic Cooley, the Founder, President, CEO and Lead Instructor of the North Florida Security Academy has a passion for education and training. He started teaching at the age of 15 for the American Red Cross CPR and First Aid programs. During his career, he has taught thousand of courses. He is a former EMT-P, holds degrees in Security Management, Education, Business, and Counseling from an AS Degree to a PhD. He was written and developed hundreds of educational programs, test and certification programs. His classes and instructors hold to the highest standards at all times, and he has produced dozens of Supervisors and Managers in the Security field.
