Everyone should be practicing some kind of stress relief just to get through each day. try deep breathing – breathe deep in through your nose then slowly out through your mouth. Doing this for a few minutes throughout the day will calm you down and relax you – as long as you don’t hyperventilate and pass out. Try organizing your life a little bit – clutter can be overwhelming and removing clutter can be liberating.
