Dr. Juli Clay is our very special guest and a MASTER of work-life balance. She is the Chief Development Officer at WIT (Women In Technology), former Assistant VP of Programs at Brennau University (she created the first Women’s EMBA Program in the country), and is in her fourth year as Gainesville City Councilwoman.

When it comes to work-life balance, Juli believes, “You can’t be all things at all times. You can be all things at different times.” And that you need to be 100% present to what and who is right in front of you.

As a City Councilwoman, she acknowledges and appreciates the wisdom of the past Gainesville City Councils. It has greatly contributed to creating an environment that is exceptionally conducive to the success of our businesses.
