On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Cal Pozo, the legendary fitness and dance producer of over 300 best selling exercise  video titles. He shared some hilarious behind the scenes stories about your favorite fitness video stars. Stories about how some women don’t like sweating on camera and what he does about that. He talked about Bob Harper’s exercise dvd. Did you know that almost all exercise dvds are unscripted and are done with only a day or two of rehearsals? In fact everyone you see on the fitness video might have just met only days before the shoot. Cal talked about the fans who love exercise dvds and he believes that anyone can dance – people of any body size can learn to dance and do any of the exercise routines if they put their mind to it. On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy opened with one of the fitness trainers from the Biggest Loser TV show, Bob Harper. Bob has a new exercise dvd series called My Trainer Bob Inside Out Method, a raw workout with real results. This 4 part exercise dvd series features 1-Pure Burn Super Strength; 2-Body Rev Cardio Conditioning 3-Yoga for the Warriors and 4-Bob’s Work Out. Bob also told the hilarious story about how he got chosen to work on the hit TV show. He also gave us a behind the scenes look at what it’s like to go through a Biggest Loser workout. On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy got to meet master trainer and dancer Jennifer Hall. Jennifer is the lead Ultimate Flirty Girl for Flirty Girl Fitness, Booty Beat. Jennifer shared her amazing weight loss story where she went from weighing close to 200 pounds to dancing onstage with Beyonce. She said having a goal that you are working towards is a great way to get you motivated to lose weight. Jennifer also has danced with Usher and Jay Z. Now Jennifer spends some of her time teaching dance in the Kinesiology Department at Georgia State University.  She also travels around the world sharing her love of fitness, dance and the Flirty Girl life with others.  She also teaches and still works as an active choreographer on projects as diverse as the TV show So You Think You Can Dance to professional and college dance teams. First Oscar talked a little about the Federer and Nadal tennis rivalry. Then Oscar explained that he was helped by examining his past because it was affecting his present. He used it to help change bad habits and learned the importance of taking responsibility for his life and not make excuses. He feels that same philosophy can help a tennis player focus in on the moment and put the past behind him. So he can play the game point by point just as you should life life moment by moment. On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Tara Costa, The Biggest Loser Season 7 finalist who lost over 150 pounds on the show. She also won a record setting 8 challenges, the most of any contestant in show history. Her story is truly inspirational and throughout her 18 weeks on the show Tara really showed her fans what determination looks like.
