
We talked to Jill Miller about her Yoga TuneUp(r) dvds, Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls and web videos that help you lead a calm and pain free
life. Jill spoke a lot about self massage and the ways her yoga therapy balls can help keep you fit and relaxed. She says not to run away from stress but to just slow down.
She shared her daily routine with us which includes some yoga, walking, eating even walking her dog. She likes to spend time doing the mundane every day chores in a mindful way to get herself focused and relaxed. She finds this makes her more productive and efficient in her work.
