Wilbur. Todd goes to the the top chain restaurants around the country and recreates their signature dishes. That’s right Todd clones your favorite recipes from your favorite restaurants and put them in recipe cookbooks. So you can make them at home for a lot less money than it costs to go to the restaurant and eat there. The Fat Guy makes his ribs using the Tony Roma rib recipe in one of Todd’s early cookbooks. He’s got a test kitchen in Las Vegas where he recreates your restaurant favorites. Todd said he brings home the dish then sifts through the meal in order to figure out what is inside. We had a bunch of these cookbooks to giveaway but they went in record time. So if you want Todd’s latest cookbook you’ll have to go to his website or to your bookstore to get one.
