
Joe Wilson, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FacilityAXS, Inc.. received his Masters in Counseling/ Marriage and Family Therapy and a BS/Certified Secondary Education, Joe worked in mental and behavioral health and substance abuse fields.
This wide range of diverse fields has equipped him with an appreciation for the various challenges facing persons who suffer from these issues, as well as the varying backgrounds and personalities they possess.
Throughout his career, Joe has demonstrated initiative and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities, as necessary. All of these are further supported by his strong commitment to continue his education.
Sam Harrell, President/CEO of FacilityAXS, Inc., has more than 50 years of experience as a project manager, systems engineer, and business and program developer. Sam was recruited by a telecommunications company that took him to the South Pacific, South Atlantic, and Europe while working for NASA and in the aerospace and defense industry.
After leaving those fields, from 1989 through today, Sam has been engaged in several online business startups, including an e-commerce business (FixNet.com), and two education-based online programs (Urban Education Solutions, the Brick-n-Books Project, and now Oahu Business RadioX and HonuaTreEAI of Hawaii.

Samuel C. Harrell is a seasoned entrepreneur, with a background in engineering, business and program development, government services, and education spanning more than 40 years. During this time, he has participated in some of America’s most noteworthy historical projects in both the space and aerospace industries (Apollo-Soyuz, Space Shuttle Test Launch). As a project manager for one of the nation’s largest government contractors, Mr. Harrell managed a prototype manufacturing and lead s department with a staff of 40 persons on projects valued at more than $30 million. After leaving the space and aerospace industries in 1989, Mr. Harrell owned and operated a business consulting firm, a building maintenance company, an internet-based e-commerce solutions company, as well as serving as a community liaison and program coordinator under contract to local non-profits.
