He believes that the food you eat has the biggest impact on your hormone levels and therefore your weight and your health. He says when your hormones are out of whack you become sicker, fatter and dumber. His solution is to get rid of all the vegetable oil in your pantry, eat less processed foods, eat less foods with Omega 6 fatty acids, eat more foods with Omega 3 fatty acids, eat smaller portions, eat more vegetables and have some cod liver oil everyday.
