As CEO of Foreground, Marshall has continued to drive the company’s growth and lead it into the next stage of global expansion and scale.
While having a passion for technology and its ability to transform, Steve has found that success is primarily based on laying a foundation of principles that enable, reward and inspire people while ensuring operating practices that support adherence to the principles. Previously, Marshall was a Founding Partner at Deep Fractal, an advisory firm, working with technology companies spanning digital marketing, healthcare, and direct to consumer brands. Ever the innovator, Marshall has also founded multiple companies including INVISION, a leading SaaS platform that managed $16B in advertising revenue.
Marshall holds a Computer Science Master’s Degree from University of Florida.
