There are so many egg choices – which do you choose – egg whites, brown eggs, designer anti-oxidant infused eggs, farm fresh eggs, or store brands. Comparing the cost of the most expensive to the cheapest can be sometimes double. Dr Fitness says for the best value buy the store brand white eggs – that’s right go with the cheapest eggs. If you want to use only the whites – separate them yourself and save some money. Brown eggs have the same nutrition as white – they just cost more.
