After graduating from Skidmore College, not far from where she was born and raised in NY, Judy landed in Tucson in 1982 to train & travel with Up With People. She connected with people throughout the world and helped build relationships and share community resources through the universal language of music.  

Moving to Los Angeles in 1983, Judy held jobs in the entertainment industry: Contestant Coordinator of the game show “Scrabble,” 20th Century Fox Marketing Executive, a Publicist as well as the Events Coordinator for LIFE (Love Is Feeding Everyone). Following another passion, Judy opened a health food store where she connected people to natural products and a healthy lifestyle.  

In 2006, Judy, her husband, Scott, and their two sons moved to Oro Valley. For six years, she was the Patient Service Coordinator at SoundPoint Hearing Center and helped people with hearing loss connect to their world.  

Although she survived Colon Cancer in 2010, Judy now has a hearing loss and an even greater understanding and appreciation for valuable resources that are available to those with hearing loss.  

Since 2012, professionally and personally, Judy has been helping ALOHA (Adult Loss of Hearing Association) and its members as an educator and an advocate of captioned telephone services as an Account Manager for CaptionCall. She shares her passion by helping those with hearing loss connect with their family, friends and LIFE.   

 Judy spends her time with family and friends, enjoying her Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Retriever Rescue, Moose, listening to great music, skiing, hiking and enjoying the beauty of Tucson.

Lisa Krikawa is a serial entrepreneur.  Graduating from the University of Arizona in 1997 with a Bachelor of Fine Art, she started her first business from her garage, just north of University Medical Center.  You can now find that business, Krikawa Master Jewelers, at 21 East Congress Street, bustling with salespeople, jewelers, and support staff. 

She launched krikawa.com in 2002. As her company took off, she found herself not only designing jewelry but designing an internet business.  She quickly replaced herself at the jewelers’ bench and positioned herself in marketing, strategy, and business development.  She turned the business into a cutting edge custom jeweler, investing in CAD software and an early rapid prototyper.  Her husband joined her in 2004, her brother in 2012, and her sister-in-law LeCarie Whitfield joined her as a business partner shortly thereafter. 

What Lisa discovered is that she had a keen acumen for business, and because of her love of helping others, in 2016, she began speaking and providing business coaching services.  

In addition to coaching other budding entrepreneurs, she now oversees the internet marketing for her primary online platform, krikawa.com, as well as two subsidiaries of Krikawa Master Jewelers, corporatejeweler.com and queensgoldbodyjewelry.com. 

Lisa and her husband John are the parents of three amazing teenagers at Salpointe, and they will be celebrating their 30th year of marriage in August of this year.

The fire service has given me the ability to utilize my leadership and personnel development skills to the highest of my ability. It is my goal to enhance and enable others to achieve their professional and personal goals through empowerment and be a part of organizational success from a holistic perspective. Now, as the Director of Sales for the innovative company Hydronalix, I have the opportunity to offer a tool to assist with the rescue, life safety, and scene stabilization with the inherent focus of keeping both the rescuer and the victim safe at all times. As a Senior Loan Officer, I originate residential home loans (1-4 Units) for purchase or refinance transactions for owner-occupied, second homes or investment properties.  I am licensed in the State of Arizona; however, I can connect you to great mortgage loan officers anywhere in the United States or Canada.  I have been a loan officer for just over 20 years.  In the prior 17 years, I was a Realtor, an Associate Broker, Branch Manager, and Designated Broker.  My beloved husband Scott and I have been married for over 37 years, we have an awesome daughter Allison who is engaged to her Gonzaga University sweetheart, Enrique.  I love to read, travel, hike, golf, camp, entrepreneurial ideas, inventions, animals and children.
