Teri Karjala, is a Transformational Life Strategist, the founder of Creative Counseling Center and Talking with Teri, best-selling author of Be The Magic of You: Tools to Transform Your Life with a foreword written by Jack Canfield. She is Coach with Forbes and a Premier Success Coach with eWomen Network. Teri is a thought leader in female empowerment and entrepreneurship. Today, women entrepreneurs hire her to ignite the magic within. Because most are consumed by fear, held back by unconscious limiting beliefs, and—without even knowing it—are addicted to self-sabotage and lack the tools to get back on track. Teri helps them unleash their greatest transformation by releasing the blocks that hold them back to catapult their business, generate more money, more clients, more freedom, with a lot less effort. When not helping women take over the world, she spends time with her husband, daughter and fur baby. Teri loves doodling and any thrill seeking adventure!

As a longtime Tucsonan, Carolyn Minor became a real estate broker to help people in finding their home, creating community and investing in this wonderful city. She specializes in energy efficient and historic homes as well as urban infill/redevelopment.

Carolyn began her career in real estate as a partner in a renovation company where she managed condominium conversion projects, including acquisition, scheduling, budgets, billing, payroll and reporting. After becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2006, she was almost immediately working in one of the toughest real estate markets in history.

Carolyn honed her skills working for one of the leading REO sales teams in Arizona and earned her designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert, representing buyers and sellers in foreclosures and short sale transactions. The Tucson market has recovered now, and the stronger market allows her greater expression of creativity in matching clients to the property that works for their lifestyle. Carolyln’s experience taught her to negotiate effectively and accurately determine a property’s market value, skills that are still invaluable in any market.
