In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share some airport survival tips so you can have a healthy holiday travel experience. Look holidays are stressful as it is – eat before you go to the airport. Try not to eat at the airport. Plan ahead with healthy snacks of high protein and high fiber snacks like little bags of almonds and/or walnuts. Don’t get dehydrated.
