HotSchedules was born when two restaurateurs, David Cantu and Ray Pawlikowski, set out to help restaurants work smarter through technology. As time passed and the industry continued to evolve, their customers turned to them to solve their biggest challenges with innovative technology. Almost 20 years later, HotSchedules continues to bring innovative technology that powers the nearly $800 billion hospitality industry.
Mike Arenth is the President and CEO of HotSchedules. Previously, Mr. Arenth worked as a Senior Advisor for Silver Lake. Prior to Silver Lake, he served as Executive Vice President for SAP, where he oversaw the Ariba business. Before joining SAP in 2012, Mr. Arenth spent ten years at Ariba, where he was most recently Senior Vice President & General Manager, responsible for cloud software sales, the business network, customer management and professional services in North America, EMEA & APAC.
Prior to joining Ariba in 2002, Mr. Arenth worked for Andersen Business Consulting in the Supply Chain Management practice. Mr. Arenth holds a B.A. in Economics from The John Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
As Vice President of Sales Engineering at HotSchedules, Mary Hamill leads a team of 12 sales and solutions engineers, a department she built from the ground up in an effort to provide industry and technical guidance for restaurant brands that are in the process of choosing to leverage HotSchedules and its suite of workforce and back office solutions. Before joining HotSchedules in 2013, Mary served as Senior Director Information Technology at Luby’s Fuddruckers Restaurants Inc. Prior to Mary’s work at Fuddruckers, she previously led the human resources and information technology departments of Max & Erma’s Restaurants Inc.
