Dan Corso joined the Atlanta Sports Council (ASC) in 1999 after serving as Vice Chair of the Festival Division for the 1998 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.

The Atlanta Sports Council’s mission is to facilitate the growth and development of sports in metro Atlanta by serving as a recruiter for major regional, national and international sporting events. The organization plays an important role in improving the quality of life for residents in the region through sports, working to drive economic growth and visibility and acting as an advocate for the area teams and annual sporting events.

The Sports Council’s accomplishments include hosting several prominent sporting events such as the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Final Four, MLB, NHL and NBA All-Star Games, WrestleMania XXVII and ACC and SEC Basketball Tournaments. Most recently, the ASC managed the effort to successfully recruit the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship, Super Bowl LIII (2019) and the 2020 NCAA Men’s Final Four.
During his time at ASC, the organization has been named Sports Commission of the Year by the National Association of Sports Commissions four times (2000, 2004, 2006 and 2015).

Corso serves as Chairman of the Atlanta Basketball Host Committee Board of Directors for the 2020 NCAA Men’s Final Four. He previously served as President of the Atlanta Football Host Committee Board of Directors for the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship and the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Super Bowl Host Committee. In addition, Corso serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau and College Football Hall of Fame and Advisory Board for the Celebration Bowl.

Corso is a graduate of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2017. Corso graduated from Florida State University.

Dr. Maury Wills is the CEO of D.A.T.E, a leading academy in DeKalb County, D.A.T.E. serves 800 students between the grades of kindergarten through eighth grade, with a focus on technological studies and environmental sciences.

From leading the school’s STEAM Bus to assisting in hands-on, minds-on, problem-solving, inquiry-based, integrated curriculum which provides students with a foundation for understanding the world and their place in it.

Dr. Wills’ instructional leadership is deeply rooted in his philosophy of excellence and learning for the future of our youth; “Every student will learn, given the opportunity to embrace a climate of high expectations, a committed support system, and connections to the context of the real world, the Three R’s: Learning with Relationships, Relevance, and Rigor!”

Noel Brewick is a former Division-2 All-American swimmer at the University of South Dakota who worked in several jobs, including with Sherwin Williams (where his wife is currently VP of Marketing) and Mattress Firm, before realizing his dream of business ownership with Footprints Floors.

Matt Therriault is the proud owner of theFootprints Floors Peachtree City and is no stranger to the home renovationindustry. After moving to Atlanta from Chicago with his wife and two daughtersabout 7 years ago, Matt began working small remodeling jobs here and therewithin the Peachtree City community.

The former firefighter and paramedic thenstarted a full-time handyman and renovation company, Peachtree City (PTC) HomeRescue. Matt was looking to open a flooring extension of his handyman businesswhen he started looking into different franchise opportunities. He came acrossFootprints Floors and felt their business model fit perfectly into his visionfor his next business.

Matt believes Footprints Floors is the perfect next stepin his career and is looking forward to extend his professional renovation skillsto the people of Peachtree City and surrounding communities.

Cloe Guidry is the Founder and CEO of Hire Ground. Hire Ground helps companies better manage their existing suppliers, strategically source diverse suppliers, track and measure economic impact and ensures supplier training and development aligns with 21st century enterprise needs.

With a B.A. in Economics from Agnes Scott College and M.B.A. from Georgia State University, Cloe is passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to accelerate the transition to an equitable and sustainable economy. Prior to starting Hire Ground, Cloe served as Principal and SVP in two global brokerage firms, and has spent over 16 years successfully helping clients solve complex problems around risk, human capital, and supply chain inclusion.

Cloe continues to maintain an investment interest in EPIC. Cloe has a passion for helping small and middle-market businesses build successful teams, identify new opportunities for growth and develop a culture of continuous improvement, learning and development. Cloe is involved heavily with the Atlanta Women’s Foundation, serves on the Board of Advisors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber, and serves as a Pipeline Partners for the Center for Workforce Innovation through the Atlanta Committee for Progress (ACP).

Cloe lives in Atlanta with her husband and four children. She enjoys reading, design thinking, and exploring new ways to solve old problems.
