John gave us the inside scoop to one of Dr Fitness’ favorite gadgets from Apple and Nike. He has been using the Nike Plus for about a month to track his runs. But he doesn’t like to listen to music when he runs so be bought a wrist band that tracks his runs instead of his iPod. John said you don’t even have to buy Nike shoes to use this device you can just get a velcro pouch and put the little monitoring thingy into and put it on any shoe.
