Karen Angellatta-Wheeler / Effective Sales Strategies

Karen Angellatta-Wheeler is a Human Capital, Sales & Marketing Strategist and Thought Leader with a 20 year proven track record of increasing sales, marketing awareness, employee retention and customer satisfaction, and building successful, award-winning teams from the ground up. Most recently, Karen was the Director of Sales Training for EarthLink Business in their Talent Management department in Human Resources. She was selected as the leader to build an integrated team of training professionals during their high growth evolution of combining 10 network and IT services companies.

Creating Talent Management Scorecards, especially for Sales and Leadership Training initiatives is an area of expertise for Karen based on her previous leadership roles with EarthLink, Verizon Wireless and GTE as well as her consulting firm, Effective Sales Strategies.

Talent Management Scorecards have also been called Balanced Scorecards and are designed to measure the effectiveness of the entire Talent Management cycle – from recruitment to turnover and everything in between. The development of these Scorecards involves the partnership across many departments, not just Human Resources. This 30-minute radio segment will explain Talent Management Scorecards, what type of data is needed to create them, and the potential outcomes you could achieve at your company.
