Tonia Morris is the Generational Connector who cares about all generations in the workplace. Tonia started her career in Human Resources and worked in the profession for over 20 plus years in various industries. One of Tonia’s main responsibilities in her positions were to increase morale and drive productivity within organizations. She noticed that the workplace was changing and becoming more difficult to increase morale among the employees, which in turns decrease productivity and job fulfillment among employees. Tonia founded Tonia Morris Speaks, a training and consultant firm that specializes in helping organization transform their culture by leveraging all generations in the workplace. It is her belief that all generations are important and bring added value to organizations. As a professional speaker with the National Speaker Association and John Maxwell, Tonia has helped organizations transform their culture by leveraging all generations.

As the demand for local and fresh produce increases, ATL Urban Farms has been adding urban farms to rooftops, parking lots, and other areas that were not previously farmable – all the while, using 10% of the water and space of soil gardens.
