Mark Kemptner is a seasoned small business payroll consultant who works with in the human resources and payroll industry. Kemptner was educated in accounting and currently holds a Bachelors in Accounting from Georgia College, and has worked as a manager in accounting and sales. He is a certified FPC. His specialty is working with small businesses that range in size from 1 to 49 employees.
