Jennifer Hibbard lives and works in Gwinnett County as a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Chief Executive Officer at View Point Health where she has worked for more than 19 years. During her time at View Point Health, she has served in a variety of positions beginning as an intake clinician at one of the mental health outpatient centers. She has been the Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Programs, Director of Quality Assurance, and Center Director. As the CEO for View Point Health, Jennifer also serves on the Board of Directors for the Gwinnett Coalition. She is also a member and serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Gwinnett County as a Past President in order to further serve the community and advocate for individuals with behavioral health needs and developmental disabilities. She is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett and the National Council for Behavioral Health Executive Leadership program. In 2022, View Point Health was recognized as the Behavioral Health Provider of the Year for the State of Georgia and Jennifer was the recipient of the “Pay it Forward” Moxie Award. Additionally, she was recently recognized as one of the Gwinnett Chamber’s Public Service Awardees for 2023. Jennifer believes we are stronger as a community if we all work alongside one another and support each other’s mission.
She has experience working with adults, children and adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues. Prior to moving to Georgia, she lived in Texas where she earned her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Southwest Texas State University and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas in Austin. Jennifer’s career began while volunteering as a counselor for the Williamson County Juvenile Academy in Georgetown, Texas, a residential alternative facility associated with the Texas Youth Correctional system while she graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is also a National Certified Counselor of the NBCC, and a member of the American Counselors Association. Jennifer lives in Snellville with her husband of 20 years, son age 15, daughter age 12, as well as 3 cats and 2 dogs.

Dr. Audrey Arona graduated from the University of California-San Diego in Cell Biology/Biochemistry and thereafter graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1991. She completed an OB/GYN Residency at USC in Los Angeles in 1995, began private practice thereafter in San Jose, and later moved to Lawrenceville, GA where she owned an OB/GYN private practice for 20 years. She served as a consultant to the

A lifelong resident of Gwinnett, Schelly Marlatt is passionate about people and community, crediting her parents for instilling the values of engagement, service and paying it forward. She believes the phrase “it takes a village” rings true as it takes many people with different qualities, skills and values from all walks of life to make a community great. Her deeply rooted commitment to community has led her to serve Gwinnett County Government since 2010 and assume the role of Executive Director of
