Victoria Bowman – Piedmont Circuit Specialty Courts
The Piedmont Judicial Circuit Specialty Courts consists of accountability courts in Barrow and Jackson Counties and under the supervision of Superior Court, They are composed of four courts in Jackson County– Felony Drug Court, Veterans Treatment Court, Family Treatment Court, and Wellness Court (mental health court). The mission of the Piedmont Circuit Specialty Courts is to reduce recidivism while improving the quality of life for the offender, their family and the community at large by providing supervision, treatment and positive reinforcement through a structured cost-effective program. It is the goal of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit Specialty Courts to facilitate interagency collaboration by utilizing a multi-disciplinary team approach to ensure the safety of the community.
Robin Martinelli is a native of Georgia. In the early 90’s, she was a Detention Certified Sheriff’s Deputy in both Forsyth and Rockdale counties. She began her career in the professional Process Service industry in 1995. During her tenure with a top legal services firm, Robin trained to become a Private Investigator in Atlanta. In 1996, Robin founded Coleman and Associates, a process serving agency. Soon after she obtained her Private Investigator license in 1998. The field of private investigations invoked in her an intense passion of helping others.
