What an amazing success story. Imagine having an idea to write supportive and inspirational post it notes and stick them anonymously on bathroom mirrors and within a couple of months have that simple yet powerful idea turn into a book deal and 
fame. That is what happened to author and blogger Caitlin Boyle with Healthy Tipping Point and Operation Beautiful
This is another one of those why didn’t I think of doing that stories. Within 3 days of posting her photo of her first note ” she had another 75 notes added from strangers on her website – and in 3 months she had a book deal – that is what going viral looks like. Some examples of what Caitlin writes on her note are: “Scales measure weight not worth” and “You’re good enough the way you are”. You can spend hours browsing through all the other notes that are posted on her blog. Now she’s got a couple of books, a couple of website and is inspiring people of all ages through her work.
