movie star Jason Statham (star of Stallone’s new movie The Expendables – Jason also mentions who he thought was the biggest tough guy on set – fyi he was MMA champ Randy Couture) was on their cover and he shared his awesome workout. Roy also talked about the LeBron move to Miami and how it would impact his legacy. He thinks guys should be working out for life rather than bulking up for looks. Such as forget the latest gadgets – go old school with push ups, sit ups and pull ups. He told the story of how Herschel Walker (who is on the list) does thousands of push ups and sit ups each day instead of going to the gym. Roy thinks regular men can learn some things from the athletes and celebrities featured in his magazine.
