First Reeese’s mixes together chocolate and peanut butter. Now Dr Fitness has a recipe that mixes together shrimp and watermelon. This meal is perfect for for summer. Saute up some shrimp in olive oil and then throw in some bok choy, thyme and grape tomatoes. When you get ready to serve this dish squeeze some lime juice over the shrimp and veggies then place some sliced watermelon planks over the whole thing then serve over brown rice.
Here’s an easy grilled tuna salad recipe. Grilling fish can be tricky but since it is so good for you you should give it a try. For this recipe you need about a pound of tuna. Your dressing is made of vinegar, mustard and olive oil. The salad is made with red potatoes, green beans, radishes, olives and onions. When you grill the tuna baste it with the dressing but save some of the dressing for when it is done and ready to be served.

Italian sausage is a spicy treat great once in a while – I’d avoid it for daily consumption. Dr Fitness goes with the soy sausage. But he’s weird that way. After you’ve grilled up your sausage put it aside for a bit. Now grill up some veggies like tomatoes, and onions – they cook quickly – so watch them. Now make your salad with spinach and all your favorite salad ingredients then toss in the cut up sausage and those grilled veggies and eat up.

Eat more salad. Duh – But salad can get boring – How do you jazz it up – well add some salmon. Not just any salmon – Roasted Curry Salad. Now that’s a salad you can be proud of. Cook your salmon in the oven at about 400. Throw on some olive oil, curry powder – cook for about 5 minutes on each side. In your salad put a bunch of good stuff like avocado, nuts, mango slices, spinach. Rule of thumb – you wont need to use a salad dressing if you put enough fruit and berries in your salad. And let the salmon cool off and crumble it up before you throw in in your salad. Don’t just put a piece of warm fish on top of your lettuce. That’s just wrong. Mix everything up in a big bowl then transfer it your dinner plate – like they do in a restaurant. Listen right now to hear Dr Fitness’ tips.
